We carefully inspect all shoes for any flaws that may have happened after factory, such as damaged boxes, shoes being tried on, ext. We do not accept returns for marks creasing in leather, and glue flaws, that are from the factory.

If mistakes are made on our end, full refunds will be processed.

Due to the nature of our business, some items may be shipped from different locations. For that reason only 1 item is allowed per checkout. Shipping time is once the item has been shipped, not from the time of the order being placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipment processing.
